Associate Director – Talent Acquisition (For Senior Positions)

WinWire is looking for an Associate Director – Talent Acquisition to lead and execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent for senior levels of the organization globally. Responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring and identifying high-potential candidates. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals. Must-Haves:

  1. Proven work experience 15 -18 years as a Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager or similar role with 3-5 years of handling Senior Level /Leadership hiring
  2. Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  3. Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  4. Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  5. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  6. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
  8. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  9. Graduation / Masters in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

Reporting to: VP – People Function

Responsibilities:

  1. Align hiring needs based on forecasted business growth plans – Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and prioritize recruitment efforts accordingly.
  2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  3. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  4. Devise, lead, and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  5. Manage our external partnerships with job boards and vendors.
  6. Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
  7. Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  9. Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  10. Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) Implement best practices and innovative approaches to attract passive candidates, including leveraging social media, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
  11. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and optimize talent acquisition practices.
