Job Description

12 to 15 years of experience
Should demonstrate strong technical skills in UI design and development
Should demonstrate strong communication skills
Should demonstrate good problem-solving skills
Possess excellent Verbal & written communication skills
Should be capable to manage and work alongside customer on day-to-day basis
Should be very good team player in addition to being proactive & adaptive

Must-Haves

Creative UX designer with extensive knowledge in front end UI development
Demonstrable UI skills with a strong portfolio
Hands on experience in UI design and frontend development
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap (UI frameworks), JavaScript and jQuery
User centered design concept, interaction design, wireframes, prototypes, mockups
Responsive design, cross browser testing and accessibility
Experienced in CSS & JavaScript performance optimization.
Design tools – Figma, Photoshop
Up-to-date knowledge about the latest UI trends
Basic knowledge of TypeScript and Angular/ React

Good to Have

Basic Sitecore
Power App and Power BI mockup design

Responsibilities

Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.
Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.
Make unique graphic designs.
Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and resolve UX issues.
Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
