Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (Onshore Support)

Currently, WinWire is looking for a Senior Manager – HRBP who will serve as a strategic partner to senior management and provide comprehensive HR support to our onshore team to achieve business objectives. This role will drive the alignment of HR strategies with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure legal compliance and best practices in HR policies and procedures. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to leadership, offering expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Must-Haves:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior HRBP or managerial role.
  • Require hands-on experience in handling Onshore teams in the US.  
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and proven track record of implementing robust employee engagement practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive HR initiatives.
  • Strong Business Acumen and proven track record of partnering effectively with Business to design appropriate people solutions.

Reporting to: Director-HR

Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide all onsite employees for HR related activities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and implement HR strategies to support those objectives.
  • Drive org wide initiatives that promote organizational effectiveness and growth.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices implemented are aligned with business needs and company culture.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Promote a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement and effective communication.
  • Lead the implementation of performance management systems, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Coach managers on performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance indicators and trends.
  • Suggest and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback and develop action plans.
